Istanbul Tekstil has been manufacturing circular knit garments since 1985. Our organic blank t-shirts are GOTS certified, OEKO-TEX certified, and produced at our Istanbul and Egypt QIZ facilities. The Egypt QIZ facility gives US buyers a direct duty-free export route. EU buyers benefit from 0% customs duty under the Turkey-EU Customs Union. Neither of those advantages exists when you source from Asia.

What We Produce

Our core organic blank t-shirt programme covers weights from 160 to 220 GSM in 100% organic ring-spun cotton. Fabric is GOTS certified at source. Options include crew neck, V-neck, and oversized fits. Dyeing is done in-house using reactive dyes that meet OEKO-TEX Standard 100 requirements.

Pricing, MOQ and Lead Times

FOB costs for organic cotton t-shirts run between EUR 2.55 and 3.30 per unit depending on weight, colour count, and finishing. That positions us 40 to 65 percent below comparable GOTS-certified blank programmes from European suppliers such as Stanley/Stella. MOQ is 500 pieces per style per colour. Lead times are 8 to 10 weeks from order confirmation.

For UK buyers, finished goods truck to the UK in 3 to 5 days from Istanbul. For EU buyers, the transit is the same. You are not waiting a month for a container to clear Rotterdam.

Certifications

Both facilities hold active GOTS certification covering the full production chain from fibre to finished garment. OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification covers all fabric used in production. Certificates are available on request and renewed annually.
