Our Departments

Merchandising

Our skilled merchandisers are each in charge of our different accounts,

and they are our customer’s only contact point in the company.

They act as our customer’s agent within our company, and make sure that

all the customer requests are attended to by the proper department, and

reported back to the customer, on a daily basis.

Planning

This is the department responsible for the proper production and raw material planning of our customer’s orders and ensuring that our delivery date commitment is met.

Our ON-TIME DELIVERY rate is probably one of the highest in the industry, with about 95% of the orders being shipped on time or early.

Product Coordination

This is the department that the production managers report to, who coordinates all of the production and makes sure that everything is planned and produced as per our commitments to our customers.

Production Cycle

Production Method

Our production starts from yarn

1. •We knit our yarns to produce greige fabric
   

2. •All cut pieces are numbered (soabar system) to control color shading
   

3. •All cut panels are %100 checked on ligh tables for defects, before sewing.
   

4. •Sewing is made by skilled and well trained staff
   

5. •Intensive in-line and final quality control, according to AQL 2.5 standards
   

6. •Ironing and packing of garments done carefully
   

7. •All garments are checked for broken needles by band metal detectors
   

1. •All our cutting is made with markers produced by Gerber equipment, and with Gerber cutting system.
   

2. •Cutting is made seperately, for each dye lot.
   

1. •We check all our greige fabrics for defects.
   

2. •We dye and print our greige fabrics.
   

3. •We check all dyed fabrics received in our in-house laboratory, for shrinkage,
   

4. •color fastness, bleeding against multiple fibers, weight, pilling and color matching with the approved lab-dips
